  • Does the Smart Water Valve installation cause you to lose water pressure?

    There will be no noticeable operational flow changes in the system. There typically is a Static Pressure Loss of 1-2 PSI, (so if your static pressure is 65, it might drop to 63-64). Static Flow is resting pressure, and not the same as Dynamic Flow, which is when water is running.

  • Is the 4-in-1 Turf Treatment safe for people, pets, and animals?

    Yes, safe for all people, pets, and animals. We utilize organic fertilizer and bug treatment. There are no chemicals or synthetics in our formula. It’s USDA/FDA approved and 100% biodegradable.

  • When you remove hard water from the home using the Conditioner or Softener System, aren’t you removing beneficial minerals like calcium & magnesium?

    Yes, calcium and magnesium are beneficial minerals. However, water is not a primary source of these minerals. (Ex: It would take 1,000 8oz. glasses of water to get your daily dose of calcium.) A balanced diet provides most of your daily mineral intake. 

  • How long does it take to install a Whole Home Filtration System?

    A Whole Home Filtration System typically takes 3-4 hours to install.

  • How long does the Super Carbon filter last?

    The Super Carbon Filter is rated for 1 Million Gallons to filter out chlorine, chlorine by-products & contaminants. It has a Lifetime Warranty.

  • How often do I apply the Hydration Crystals to sod?

    The Hydration Crystals are installed once when sod is installed. The Crystals will last 5 years with a degradation rate of 20% per year, year after year until 5 years it will biodegrade. After that time, you can start applying our RSL product to continue reducing your turf watering needs.

  • How much water will I save using the 4-in-1 Turf Treatment Program?

    On average, our clients will save 30-50% on their turf watering needs without comprising turf health.
